To that end, I strive to give you relevant, useful information that’s accessible and easy to mix into your daily routine. You don’t need a martial arts background to do anything I’m going to share with you. But you do need to practice.

My mission is to help women realize their internal strength, that manifests as outward confidence and power to better engage with the environment around them. This is the focus of every episode, blog post, website or product recommendation. I’ll help you discover and use your strengths in everyday life. This is the foundation of the womanly art of self-defense.
